1. Eligibility

The Daily Prize Drop sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Oyays LLC and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Oyays LLC, a New York limited liability company. Contact: support@oyays.com.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 and runs on a continuous rolling basis with no fixed end date, subject to Sponsor's right to terminate as described in Section 11. Each calendar day (midnight to midnight UTC) during the Sweepstakes Period is an independent daily drawing (the "Daily Drop").

4. How to Enter

Online entry only. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit oyays.com, create a free account (or sign in), and press the "Spin" button on the Daily Prize Drop slot machine. Each press of the Spin button constitutes one (1) official entry. No purchase, payment, or physical mail-in is required or accepted. Entries are limited as described in Section 6.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning a Daily Drop are 1 in 250,000 per official spin. Each spin is independent; previous spins do not affect future spins. The daily prize pool is limited to one (1) prize per calendar day as described in Section 7.

6. Entry Limits

There is no limit on the number of entries per person per calendar day. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or fraud-related conduct will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

7. Prizes

Each Daily Drop prize consists of one (1) Needoh® brand squishy toy (specific style and color selected by Sponsor), approximate retail value (ARV) $10.00 USD. One (1) prize is awarded per calendar day. Limit one (1) prize per person per calendar day and three (3) prizes per person per rolling thirty (30) day period. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are determined automatically when a user's official spin produces a result number of zero (0) as generated by the Sponsor's provably-fair server-side HMAC-SHA256 random function. The first eligible spin to produce a winning result on a given calendar day wins that day's prize. Winners will be notified at the email address provided in the prize-claim form within two (2) business days of the winning spin. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and authenticity of the winning spin before awarding any prize. Winners must respond to the notification and complete the claim form within seven (7) days or the prize will be forfeited and may be re-awarded at Sponsor's discretion.

9. Prize Fulfillment

Verified winners will receive their prize shipped free of charge via standard domestic shipping within five (5) business days of claim verification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received.

10. Provably-Fair Audit

The daily server seed is committed (SHA-256 hash published) at the start of each day and revealed at the end of the day. Any entrant may verify their spin at oyays.com/fairness once the day's seed is revealed. The verification method uses HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, sessionId + ":" + nonce) reduced to a number in the range 0–249,999. A result of 0 is a winner.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy at oyays.com/privacy.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as permitted by law. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Oyays is an independent sweepstakes promotion and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or in any way officially connected to Schylling, Inc. or any of its brands. All prize items distributed through this Sweepstakes are purchased at retail by the Sponsor. The use of Needoh® and Schylling® names or trademarks on this site is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the prize and does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
