1. Eligibility
The Daily Prize Drop sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of [Sponsor] and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

Winners must have a valid U.S. shipping address. Prize fulfillment (physical shipping) is currently limited to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Players located outside the United States are welcome to spin for fun, but are not eligible to receive prizes and any winning spin submitted with a non-U.S. shipping address will be voided. We hope to expand prize eligibility internationally in the future!
2. Sponsor

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date]. Each calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period is an independent daily drawing (the "Daily Drop").
4. How to Enter
Online entry only. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit oyays.com, create a free account (or sign in), and press the "Spin" button on the Daily Prize Drop slot machine. Each press of the Spin button constitutes one (1) official entry. No purchase, payment, or physical mail-in is required or accepted. Entries are limited as described in Section 6.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning a Daily Drop are 1 in 250,000 per official spin. Each spin is independent; previous spins do not affect future spins. Daily prize pool is limited to the number of prizes described in Section 7.
6. Entry Limits
Limit: [reasonable per-day entry cap, e.g. one hundred (100) entries per person per calendar day]. Multiple entries beyond the limit will be disregarded. Use of any automated system, bot, or fraud-related conduct will result in disqualification.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are determined automatically when a user's official spin produces three (3) star symbols, as generated by the Sponsor's provably-fair server-side random function. Winners will be notified at the email address provided in the prize-claim form. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and authenticity of the winning spin before awarding any prize.
9. Provably-Fair Audit
The daily server seed is committed (SHA-256 hash published) at the start of each day and revealed at the end of the day. Any entrant may verify their spin at /fairness once the day's seed is revealed.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as permitted by law. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of New York, excluding conflicts of laws.
